Dear Customer, please carefully consider the following points for the optimal use of HICCTV Group Services, because after the final confirmation for installation, whether through a phone call or via email, it means accepting all the conditions and rules:
1) All the information and details of the Cameras, NVR, Hard Drive, Doorbells are provided to you in full, please read all the items before any confirmation.
Some of these items include explanations about the day and night images of the cameras, the amount of internal memory, NVR specifications, etc.
2) After confirmation for installation, whether through email or phone call, it is considered that you have accepted all the terms and conditions of HICCTV Security Group.
3) After your confirmation and booking the installation day, either by phone call or by email, if you notify us of a cancellation up to 3 days before the installation time, no fee will be charged, otherwise, $100 will be charged as a cancellation fee.
4) After the completion of the installation on the same day, all the necessary explanations and trainings will be given to you by our team, and the payment of the invoice means the end of the project in full and without any issues. If things like forgetting the password, changing the NVR settings, resetting the mobile application, changing the web browser settings and etc., that makes any issues., if the problem is not caused by the HICCTV Company, the necessary guidance will be provided remotely for free. But if there is a need for our technical team to be present at your place, $200 will be charged as service. If the problem is caused by HICCTV company and related to failure or hardware, the problem will be solved free of charge.
5) Problems caused by natural events such as storms, floods, etc., and lead to settings being messed up, for example, the internet being cut off and the settings of the mobile application and NVR being messed up, if it needs to be reset If it is not solved remotely, our team must be present at your location, so $200 will be charged for it.
6) The invoice amount must be paid in full after the completion of the project or be paid within the next 24 hours at the latest.
7) Before any final approval for installation, please do the necessary research regarding the specifications of the products, including Cameras, NVR, Hard Drive, and check the quality of the desired brand from all aspects. It should be noted that after the completion of the installation, up to one week after the installation date and if your needs are not met, we will collect all the equipment's and only the cost of the equipment will be refunded not installation cost.
