Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before using HICCTV Group’s services. By providing final confirmation for installation, whether through a phone call or via email, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions outlined below:
1. Product Information & Acknowledgment
HICCTV Group provides comprehensive details regarding Cameras, NVR, Hard
Drive, Doorbells, and other security equipment. Customers are encouraged to
thoroughly review all specifications, including but not limited to camera image
quality (day and night), storage capacity, and NVR features, before confirming the installation. By proceeding with the confirmation, the customer acknowledges and accepts the product specifications.
2. Confirmation of Installation & Acceptance of Terms
Once an installation is confirmed via phone or email, it is deemed that the customer has accepted all the terms and conditions stated herein.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Customers may cancel their installation appointment without any charge if the
cancellation is made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled installation date.
• Cancellations made less than three (3) days before the scheduled installation will incur a $100 cancellation fee to cover scheduling and administrative costs.
4. Installation Completion & Support
• Upon completion of the installation, HICCTV Group’s team will provide necessary training and explanations regarding system usage.
• Full payment of the invoice signifies the successful completion of the project
without any outstanding disputes.
• If issues arise after installation due to factors not caused by HICCTV Group, such as forgotten passwords, modified NVR settings, mobile app resets, or browser changes, remote assistance will be provided free of charge.
• If an on-site visit is required to resolve such issues, a $200 service fee will be
charged.
• If the issue is determined to be a hardware failure or defect caused by HICCTV
Group, it will be resolved at no additional cost.
5. Damage & Force Majeure Events
• Issues arising due to natural disasters such as storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of HICCTV Group that disrupt the system (e.g., internet disconnection affecting NVR and mobile application settings) will not be covered under warranty or support.
• If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and requires an on-site visit for resolution, you will be charged.
6. Payment Terms & Consequences of Non-Payment
• The full invoice amount must be paid immediately upon project completion or
within 24 hours at the latest.
• In the event of non-payment by the due date, HICCTV Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated services, including but not limited to warranty coverage, maintenance, and support.
• HICCTV Group also reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any
outstanding payments.
7. Product Inspection & Refund Policy
• Customers are advised to conduct necessary research and verify product
specifications before confirming installation.
• If, within one (1) week of installation, the customer finds that the installed system does not meet their needs, HICCTV Group will remove all equipment and issue a refund for the equipment cost only.
• Installation costs are non-refundable.
